Software Support Group established by Declan Costello and Ronnie Fleming, has become a leading provider of business software solutions for firms in Ireland and abroad.

 

We have over 30 years experience supporting companies of all sizes in a variety of industries ranging from construction, whole distribution to semi-state bodies. Companies both large and small face the same challenges – how to optimise sales, service delivery and employee performance while providing a quality product or service at the right place, price and time.

 

We specialize in the supply and support of the following software which, in a customised combination, can provide your business with one end-to-end solution:

Declan Costello

Managing Director

Declan is co-founder and Managing Director of Software Support Group. He is Head of the ABM Finance Team with over 30 years of professional experience in the Accounting and Finance industry. His primary responsibilities include: strategically analysing current and prospective client industries in terms of best business practice; while adhering to Irish, UK and EU legislation. He also supports the implementation of Quantum Payroll and Maximizer CRM software applications.

 

Declan is a qualified Civil Engineer having graduated from Dublin Institute of Technology. He previously worked in the Jones Engineering Group and is certified in Computer Programming.

 

Although Declan enjoys solving all kinds of accounts qualms and introducing his clients into the digital age, his talents and hobbies are much more extensive. He loves nothing more than an evening stroll, whether that be along the Dublin Coastline or the West Coast of Ireland. His sporting passions also range far and wide, with his most recent pursuit in the Australian Football League (AFL).

 

Ronnie Fleming

Sales Director

Ronnie is co-founder and Sales Director of Software Support Group.

 

He has over 30 years of professional experience in the IT and Finance industry. He has worked in the Finance Departments of Connolly Construction in Naas and Hyster Automated Handling in Dublin. He has been involved in training, testing, consulting and selling of financial accounting software solutions. He has also been involved in the rollout of many Maximizer CRM solutions.

 

Ronnie is a graduate of the Marketing Institute but also has a background in Finance. He is actively involved in the Venture Business Network where likeminded business people gather once a week to share, learn and grow their business.

 

He thoroughly enjoys adventure and the outdoors. He has travelled to Australia, Peru and India raising funds for Charities to include Concern and Crumlin Children’s hospital.

 

Oliver O'Kelly

CRM Consultant

Oliver is the Managing Director of AcclivityCRM. AcclivityCRM delivers Customer Relationship Management and Process Management software solutions. Oliver is an experienced, successful and resilient manager with a proved track record of delivering IT solutions and a strong interest in the latest technology trends. With Oliver’s Project Management background, he emphasises a structured, goal oriented approach to delivery, but understands the importance of Customer relationships and works hard to keep Customer Service at the heart of everything AcclivityCRM does. Oliver has 20+ years’ experience working in professional bodies, financial services, telecommunications, education, gaming, manufacturing, distribution, retail, property and software development/consultancy, delivering solutions in-house, to partners and for customers.

Outside of the office, Oliver enjoys his young family, who help him maintain a high level of fitness. Oliver is also heavily involved with the GAA, having coached both for club and county. Oliver is delighted to be part of the Kildare Minor Management team this year, as well as coaching the Moorfield u10s.

Amanda Sinclair

Software Support

Amanda is a Software Support Executive within the Advanced Business Manager division.

Amanda is a graduate of Institute of Technology Tallaght where she completed a BSc in Management (Hons). As a member of the Advanced Business Manager team, she provides support and training to existing clients, customises new installations and creates reports. She is lead project manager to all new Clients and helps guide new clients through the changeover of their Software package to Advanced Business Manager.

 

Amanda has over 10 years’ experience in Accounts and over 4 years’ experience in Software Support & Training.

 

Previously Amanda completed courses in Beauty Therapy and achieved ITEC and CIBTAC accreditations.

 

Outside of work Amanda enjoys attending Zumba classes and Practising Yoga. Amanda’s hobbies include Baking and Cake design. Amanda loves to Travel and try out new cultures and experiences.

 

 

 

Padraig Walsh

Software Support

Padraig is a Software Support Executive within the Advanced Business Manager division.

Padraig is a graduate of National University of Ireland, Maynooth where he completed a Bachelor of ARTS. As a member of the Advanced Business Manager team, he provides support and training to existing clients, customises new installations and creates reports.

 

Previously Padraig completed a Certified Professional Webmaster course and a Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management.

 

He has a Life-long interest in computers, both software and hardware.

 

He enjoys current affairs following them through all media: web, twitter, newspapers and books. He is interested in Film, books, Food and Sport – Rugby, Soccer and GAA.

 

 

 

Kay Redmond

Financial Controller

Kay is Financial Controller and is over 19 years with us. Kay has extensive knowledge of accounting and payroll having worked for many years with the Hotel and Motor trade industries. She is also a qualified payroll technician providing support and advice to many of our larger client’s.

 

When Kay is not busy with all things Finance and Payroll she helps organise fundraisers for charities like Ronald McDonald House and Neurofibromatosis Ireland. She trekked in Switzerland for The National Childrens’ Hospital.

 

Kay is a member of Naas Golf Club and has had 3 holes in one within eight months.

 

 

 

Eilish Murphy

CRM Consultantant

Eilish is a CRM Consultant within the Acclivity division, specialising in Maximizer Software joined Eilish is a graduate of Dublin Business School where she completed a Higher Diploma in Data Analytics.  As a member of the Maximizer CRM team, she provides support to existing clients, customises new installations and creates reports.

 

Previously Eilish worked as an accountant in the Motor Industry. She is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Accounting Technicians Ireland.

 

Outside of work Eilish enjoys reading, walking, cooking and set-dancing.

 

 

 

Ann Fennell

CRM Consultantant

Ann is a CRM Consultant within the Acclivity division, specialising in Maximizer Software. Ann is a graduate of University of Limerick where she obtained a B. Eng in Computer Engineering.

 

Ann has also PMP Certification with PMI and has 20+ years experience working with retail, education and professional bodies.

 

Prior to joining the Software Support Group, Ann worked as a IT Business Analyst/ Project Lead for Accounting Technicians Ireland.

 

Outside of the office, Ann enjoys reading, ‘fair weather’ walking and the occasional pilates class.

Doreen Flynn

CRM Consultantant

Doreen covers front desk client servicing and administrative support for both ABM and CRM Teams to ensure that Software Support Group provide prompt customer service to both current and prospective clients.

 

She has over 15 years’ of office administration and management support experience with sound operations and customer service orientation in highly demanding private and public sector organizations in multiple geographies.

 

As an astute advocate of family welfare and healthy lifestyles, active participant in community programs for youth and elders is a passion for Doreen. Travel, Asian and Mediterranean cuisine and alternate medicine are subjects of interest in her free time.

 

Linda Munroe

CRM Consultantant

Linda is a Software Support Executive within the Advanced Business Manager division.

 

Linda is a graduate of Institute of Technology Tallaght where she completed a BSc Higher Degree in Computing Information Systems.

 

As a member of the Advanced Business Manager team, she provides support and training to existing clients, customises new installations and creates reports.

 

Linda has over 8 years’ experience working in Sage where she developed software and then specialised as a senior support technician for Accountants division supporting the Accounting and payroll products.

 

Linda Spent 3 years working as a Quality Assurance Engineer in e-learning software gaining an ISTQB certificate in software testing, as well as being certified by IPass for Irish payroll.

 

Linda was a Sage UK & Ireland Apprentice Winner for 2010 and Shortlisted as CCMA Customer Service Agent of the Year in 2013.

 

Outside of work, Linda enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.  Linda’s hobbies include following sports teams in Soccer and Rugby. When time allows Linda enjoys completing 3D puzzles and jigsaws.
