Dublin Analytical Instruments Ltd., were founded in 1989. They specialise in automated Analytical Systems which provide efficient and cost-effective solutions to meet the needs of Environmental, Industrial, Pharmaceutical and Research Laboratories throughout Ireland.

REQUIREMENT:

 

The firm sell products which are high value and consultative in nature. The sales process involves interaction with the client and discussing over several meetings their requirements. The job of Dublin Analytical Instruments Ltd., is to select the best product to match the client’s requirements.

 

Dublin Analytical Instruments Ltd., have added a new range which could potentially be sold online. This new range is not in the same price bracket or technical arena as occupied by their current product range.

 

The main purpose of their Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM) is for tracking sales and in doing so the emphasis must be on streamlining the sales process before further steps are taken.

 

 

SOLUTION:

 

In 2017 we provided Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM). We deployed Customer Relationship Manager software on our hosted server and this covers Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. This allows Dublin Analytical Instruments Ltd., to concentrate on streamlining the sales process in the first instance. It would also allow them to introduce Marketing and Customer Service without incurring any further additional costs.

 

Our first task involved importing data and to do this Dublin Analytical Instruments Ltd., went through a process of cleansing their data for the import to take place. Our next step was to streamline the sales process during a workshop and introduced quotas at sales representative level and company level.

 

We engaged with the database for a month and then organised another workshop to analyse what had been carried out to date and to discuss what reports and dashboards that would be required going forward. More information needed. How is it all going?
